Cat Nap 5K

Cat Nap participants will run the 5K course (long course) using the same start and finish line as the Dream.

 

The 5K will start at 10:00 with the 8-Hour Dream. 5K runners may run anytime throughout the 8-Hour Dream (between 10 AM – 6 PM) but only those starting at 10:00 will be scored.  Finishers after 6 PM will be disqualified.

We anticipate most participants will start at 10 AM to enjoy the opening ceremonies.

​

On race day, participants will check in to receive their bib and event shirt. When participants are ready to run, they must check-in at timing tent to obtain his/her bib, and then start the race. 

​

Cat Nap 5K Awards

  • All Cat Nap 5K finishers will receive a medal (New this year!)

  • Overall male and female finishers

​

  • Please review our Weather Policy before registering.

  • Unfortunately, there are no refunds or deferrals.

  • Individual entries may not be transferred without permission from the race director
